  • Do you keep the template and hair samples for future use?

Yes, we prefer to. As soon as we receive the relevant information, it is instantly processed and confidentially stored for future orders. We file the information on disc and on file at our factory. When you re-order a new hair system this will save you at least 10 days of time on receiving the product. When we receive your template we strengthen and construct it so a tailored mould is made of the shape of your head and area for hair replacement. Changes in design are not a problem and all changes will be discussed with you in person if applicable.


  • Payment. How do I pay?
