• What do I need to do in order to purchase a hair replacement system from hair4all for the first time?

The simplest way is to visit one of our Affiliated Stylists but you can do the 'self-service' option as follows:

1. Please Contact Us to make an Online Inquiry. We will then contact you to discuss your inquiry and advise you of the best way forward.
2. Usually this means you need to make template and take some hair samples. Making the template and taking hair samples can be done by yourself (along with the help of a second person). If you have an existing hair system then we can use it to make a template here at hair4all.
3. Send the template (or exisiting hair replacement system) and hair samples to hair4all with a completed Client Details Form.
4. Using your template, hair samples and the information provided on the Client Details Form we will contact you to further discuss your custom hair replacement.
5. We will advise of the hair replacement system most suitable for your needs and make any modifications necessary to ensure you get the perfect results you desire.
6. You can pay over the phone or you can make the purchase from our online shop quoting a unique reference number supplied by hair4all to individually identify your custom hair replacement.
7. Your order will be sent directly to your home or to your chosen Affiliated Stylist.
8. You can use the services of your chosen Affiliated Stylist for cut-in and maintenance, or you can choose to use our Hair Care pages to learn all aspects of maintenance for yourself.

• How do I use the Online Shop?

We have tried to make the purchasing of a very personal product (i.e. a hair replacement system) as simple as possible.

1. You simply select the product(s) you would like to purchase and add them to your Basket. Once you have finished shopping then please click on Checkout to proceed on with making your payment.
2. You can view the contents of your Basket at anytime by clicking on View Basket.
3. You can remove products from your Basket by selecting the Remove tick box next to the line item and then clicking on Update.

• I've not purchased using the internet before and am concerned about credit card security?

Internet shopping is very safe now and we use the services of WorldPay and PayPal for our transactions, so please be assured of a guaranteed and secure shopping experience with hair4all.
