By following our process we do not need to see you in person, simply send us a template of the area requiring hair replacement, some hair samples and a Client Details Form telling us more about your hair samples.

We will do the rest by contacting you to confirm your details, discuss your hair loss situation in more detail, recommend the best solution for you, and customise the design so the hair replacement integrates with your natural hair.

We do not expect anyone to purchase a hair system without a consultation and that is why our order process is designed to ensure you receive the best hair replacement sytems available. You can 'with our help' take care of your hair replacement requirements from your own home or by using the services of a hair4all Affiliated Stylist. The Order Process is simple and involves 3 parties (You , hair4all and an Affiliated Stylist),

Please complete our Free Online Hair Loss Evaluation or Contact Us to make an Online Inquiry. We will contact you to discuss your inquiry and advise you of the best way forward.
Usually this means you need to make template and take some hair samples. Making the template and taking hair samples can be done by yourself (along with the help of a second person) or our Affiliated Stylists can do it for you. If you have an existing hair system then we can use it to make a template here at hair4all.
Complete a Client Details Form to give us more details about your hair samples.
Send the hair loss template (or an exisiting hair system) and hair samples to hair4all with a completed Client Details Form.
Using your hair loss template, hair samples and the information provided on the Client Details Form we will contact you to further discuss your custom hair replacement.
We will advise of the hair replacement system most suitable for your needs and make any modifications necessary to ensure you get the perfect results you desire.
You make the purchase from our online shop quoting a unique reference number supplied by hair4all to individually identify your custom hair replacement.
Your order will be sent directly to your home or to your chosen Affiliated Stylist.
You can use the services of your chosen Affiliated Stylist for cut-in and maintenance, or you can choose to use our Hair Care pages to learn all aspects of maintenance for yourself.
