Using Affiliated Stylists to Order Your hair4all Hair Replacement

We do not expect anyone to purchase a hair system without a consultation and that is why our order process is designed to ensure you receive the best hair replacement sytems available.

Some of you will opt for the 'self service' route but where possible we recommend you use the services of our Affiliated Stylists for all your hair replacement needs as they are fully trained in all aspects of our products and services.

They will ensure the consultation and order process is informative and will endeavour to answer all your questions.

Please remember that our Affiliated Stylists will be able get to know you personally and offer you invaluable individual advice if you see them on a regular basis.

Consultation

During the Consultation our Affiliated Stylists will get to know you, your hair loss situation, and your expectations.

You will also be informed of the types of hair replacement solutions suitable for your overall situation.

If you are happy to proceed then you will be taken through the Order Process.

Ordering

STEP 1

Making a Template

Affiliated Stylists are fully trained to make a Template of your hair loss area to enable us to manufacture the hair system to fit you uniquely and to replace hair in the relevant areas. A correct template is a must to ensure your hair replacement is totally undectable and fits comfortably.

STEP 2

Taking Hair Samples

Hair Samples will be taken from certain areas of your scalp to ensure we are able to integrate the the hair system to your natural hair in every aspect.

STEP 3

Customisation Options

Our Affiliated Stylists will then discuss various options to customise your hair replacement based on your hair loss situation, your lifestyle and hair style.

STEP 4

Ordering

The Order Form will be completed by the Affiliated Stylist and a deposit/payment taken.

STEP 5

Taking Delivery of Your hair4all Hair Replacement

We will deliver your hair replacement to your door or to an Affiliated Stylist if you prefer.

PLEASE REMEMBER OUR AFFILIATED STYLISTS WILL ALSO OFFER YOU THE FOLLOWING SERVICES:

Styling

Cut-Ins / Styling	Cutting In (i.e. styling) of a new hair replacement system to integrate with your natural hair that you want to retain as part of your look.
Colouring	Colouring of your natural hair and/or hair replacement system to achieve your desired look.
Attachment	Attachment of your hair replacement using your preferred bonding methods (such as perimeter bond or full bond).

Maintenance

Removal	Removal of your hair replacement prior to trim, colouring, etc.
Clean Up	Cleaning of your hair replacement ready for re-attachment.
Trims	Maintenance of natural hair that has not been replaced, e.g. for men this is usually the back and sides.
Colouring	Colouring of your natural hair and/or hair replacement system to maintain your look.
Attachment	Attachment of your hair replacement using your preferred bonding methods (such as perimeter bond or full bond).
