Perimeter Bond of Lace Front Hair Systems
This is exactly the same as Perimeter Bonding with Adhesive except for the lace front. The lace front can be attached using lace tape or a cream adhesive.
Please Note - The instructions below are for the lace front only.
Instructions for Bonding Lace Fronts
- If you are using cream adhesive for the front of your lace, you must mark the exact shape of your frontal hairline with an eye-liner.
- Then apply the cream behind your marker.
- The cream adhesive will appear white when applied.
- You MUST leave the adhesive to cure. When the adhesive has cured it will appear transparent (clear in colour).
- Then you can attach your lace front hair system.
- When the hair system is in place use the side of a comb to press down the lace front onto the adhesive. This will give a better finish to the front hairline than using your fingers. Plus your fingers carry a natural residue that will affect the bond.
- Now spray some leave in conditioner and style your hair.
It truly isn't rocket science... just care and attention!
